We're a small division (Medical Studies) of the New Business department at Northwestern Mutual. Instead of exchanging Christmas gifts this year, we decided to contribute to Mira's Transplant Fund! We are happy to be among the many people who have shared in the fundraising efforts for Mira. Our thoughts and prayers are with her as she prepares to receive her wonderful gift. Many blessings to all and a special one for Mira's donor.

So how was the big journey to the North Pole? Did the kids have a blast? We went to see Santa today and for the first time in 3 years Brady sat on his lap! His smile is crazy but I'll take it, Marek looks ticked, not sure what was going on with him.
I looked at your photo montage you have and it's just amazing how far they have all come in the last 3 years. I have to admit I got a little teary eyed. ;)

So glad Mira is getting her kidney I talked to Kelly and she was so excited. There are no words to describe the feeling you have to be a living donor and it was nice to talk to someone who felt exactly how I did and that it is what you were meant to do. I will be praying all goes well in the months ahead and that everyone has a quick recovery.

Holy cow! The kids are going to be climbing the walls at your house until they get on that train! I'm a little jealous....I want to go to the North Pole! :)
I hope that everything went well for the flooring project. I'll have to stop by and see it. Oh yeah, I have had enough of the snow for now and tell Jay thanks for snow blowing our garage out.

Wow, what FANTASTIC news! I'm so pleased for all of you. And what an incredible gift for a friend to give you. What a great month you have ahead... Christmas, new year and your fantastic Disney trip - and not having to worry about fundraising, or a donor match. I hope the little cherub puts on all those pounds now!
